WEBSITES 101 POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER!
The Bi-District understands how important a clean and easy to use church website is to your ministry. We also understand that many churches struggle with how to develop and maintain a good website. Cynthia and Kim are offering two website classes to provide your church hands-on website instruction and assistance.
Website 101 and 102 will meet at the Bi-District Office (3600 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030) from 6:30-8:00 PM April 18 and a second date TBD*. Participants should plan to attend both sessions as they will build on one another.
*Due to the potential weather in the DC area on March 21, we are postponing our first class in this series. Registered participants were notified via email. The first class in this 2-part series will now be on April 18.
Churches should plan to send at least 2 persons to these sessions and should bring laptops to practice and edit real-time. Anyone who currently or potentially manages or edits your church website should plan to attend.
We will focus this hands-on instruction on the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). If your church does not use WordPress, that’s OK, as much of what we will teach will be applicable to all CMS platforms.
